Egg Tomato Gravy

EGG Tomato Gravy

Ingredients

Egg - 2 
Tomato - 3
Onion - 3
Homemade chilly powder - 1 tbspn
Or
Red chilli powder - 1tspn
Coriander powder - 2 tspn

Turmeric powder - 1 tspn
Salt as per taste

Steps

1. Heat kadai with 2 tbspn of oil , add mustard, cumin a tspn and curry leaves.
2. Add chopped onion and saute for few minutes.
3.Grind the tomato (not too smooth ) add it to the kadai.
Saute until its soft and mushy.
4.Add turmeric powder , chilli powder and salt.
4.Add water half cup and let this boil for 5 to 8 mins.
5.When the gravy becomes thick enough.Add 2 eggs to it and stir nicely.
6.Let the gravy be cooked until the raw smell of egg goes.(it takes 3 to 5 mins maximum)


Serve it with hoti roti or idly / dosa.
