Sundakai Poriyal / Turkey berry Fry


Ingredients 

Sundakai - 1 cup
Tomato - 1
Onion - 2
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder - 1tspn
Chilly powder - 1 tspn
Garlic cloves - 3 or 4
Vegetable oil - 2 tbspn
Salt as per taste

Steps

1. Heat pan with oil , Drop mustard, curry leaves &
Garlic . Saute for a minute and add chopped onion , saute for 2 mins.

2.Add chopped tomato and saute until its soft and mushy.

3.Add chopped sundakai.

4. Add chilly powder ( i used homemade chilly powder 1 tbspn ) if its not possible for you.. Add 1 tspn of red chilly powder & 2 tspn of coriander powder.

5.Add turmeric & Add salt.

6.Add little amount of water and mix. Close the pan with lid. Let it cook for few mins until all water is absorbed .. open the lid now and then & stir .. so that the masala doesnt stick to the pan.

7. Fry till crispy fry is formed. Sundaikai will shrink nicely 

Serve it with curd Rice .. Best combo 😍😍
