Onion Chutney
Know About What You Eat ~

Ingredients :
Onion – 2 or 3 (as per your need)
Tamarind – small amt
Red chilly / Varamilagai – 6 /as per your taste.
Chutney -1
Directly grind all 3 items and add salt to taste.
Serve it with gingelly oil ( some ppl may love the combi of oil in this chutney)
Chutney – 2
Heat the pan with oil , cook all these 3 items and then
grind it with salt. Taste of chutney differs when these items are cooked and
then grind ed.
Chutney – 3
Heat the pan with oil , Fry 1 tbspn of Urad dhal (ulutham paruppu) till it turn light brown.
Add Chopped onion and 3-4 dry red chilly & fry it. Grind this with salt .
