Ingredients :
Mushroom - 1 cupOil - 3 to 4 tbspns
Cumin Seeds / Jeeragam - 1 tspn
Green Chillies - 3 ( Narrow cut )
Curry Leaves - few
Chopped Onion : 1 1/2 cup
Chopped Tomato : 1 no.
Whole Black pepper - 3 tbspns or as per ur spice level ( coarsely powdered )
Chopped Garlic - 2 tspn
Chopped Ginger - 1 tbspn
Salt
Method :
1.Heat oil in pan,drop Cumin seeds and curry leaves.
2.Drop onion , garlic , ginger , green chillies and fry for 2 mins.
3.Add tomato and 2 pinch of salt . Let this be cooked for 2 more mins.
4.Now add the cleaned and chopped mushrooms.
5.Mix well , cover the pan with a lid and keep it in low flame for 5 mins.
6.Add Salt and Pepper and mix well .
7.Again cover it and keep it in low flame until mushrooms are
cooked well or till the consistency you desire.
