Crispy Murukku

Ingredients :

Besan flour - 3 full tbspns
Rice flour - 2 full cups
Salt as per taste
Sesame - 2 spn
Asafoetida
Oil - 2 tbspn
Ghee - 1 tbspn (optional)




Method :


Mix all Ingredients and make it as chappathi dough but this dough must be softer than chappathi dough(use water as per need ).

Use muruku achu and prepare muruku :) 

Heat pan with enough Oil (medium flame )

Drop muruku in oil , wait until it turn light golden color.
