Egg Carrot Rice (Kids Zone)


Ingredient 

Carrot - 1
Egg - 2 
Salt as per taste
Green chilli - 1 
Pepper powder (optional) - 1/2 tspn
Curry leaves.
Tumeric powder - 1/2 spn
Onion - 1

Steps

1. Heat kadai , add 1 tbspn of oil.
2. Add Chopped onion ,curry leaves 
and chopped green chilli (u can avoid it if ur kid hate to see in their food).
3. Add grated carrot to it and saute . Add salt and turmeric powder .
4. Add egg to it and fry for mins.
5. Switch off the stove and mix the carrot egg masala to the rice.
6. Add salt if needed.


Note : u can try this rice replacing carrot with beans Or you can also try adding both grated carrot and finely chopped beans with egg. Healthy And Tasty Rice is ready for sure.
