Method :
  • Take a bowl of corn , 2 or 3 chillies (as per yur taste) , konjam Ginger ( 2 or 3 slices) and 2 kutty spoons of jeera (seragam)
  • Put in Blender/ mixer … grind it ..  without water . ( corn will already have some water in it , so if suppose we add water vadai mix will become tooooo watery , then it will be difficult to fry it).
  • Take that mix in bowl .. add 2 spoons of corn flour and 1and ½ spoon of Rice flour.And then add 1 chopped onion , if needed 1 chopped chilly , Corriander leaves ,pinch of turmeric powder and salt as per taste.
  • Mix it well with a spoon.. now u can see a mix which is in perfect consistency to make vada.
  • Take a kadai or a pan ( I think pan is best cos if its kadai it may stick to ur kadai … vadai may become pakoda… why risk ?? ;) :P)
  • So take pan … heat it… pour oil … make kutty kutty vada… let heat make it brown in both sides J be careful  brown may turn black anytime :)
  • Take it.. keep it in a tissue for sometime…Then serve it bootifully with sauce :) 
  • Tastes BEST when served with Tomato Sauce :)
