Quicky Vegetable Fried Rice

Simple steps to make Quicky Veg Fried Rice :
  •  Spread the cooked rice in a plate and add ½ tsp ghee.
  • Mix the rice with a fork to coat with ghee.
  • Crush garlic clove (1 or 2), cinnamon stick & cloves (opt)
  • Take this spice crush into a plate and cover it till use.
  • Take a bowl of boiled potato , carrot , green peas and beans
  • Fry cashew nuts till golden in color. Similarly fry the raisins till they swell. Keep these fried ingredients aside for garnishing.
METHOD :

  • When oil is hot in pan add jeera (1 spoon) and fry it .
  •  Then add sliced onions , green chillies (2) and fry it.
  •  Then add the spice crush, turmeric powder (A pinch), red chili powder (1 tspn)and cooked vegetables.
  • Mix all well and add salt.cover the pan and cook it on low flame for 1 minute.
  • Then add the cooked rice and mix it well with our masala. Cover the pan and cook for 1 minute.
  • The dish is ready to serve. Garnish with fried cashew nuts and fried raisins.
