5 mins Mango Rice Ready

Ingredients -

Grated Tangy Mango : 2 cups for 4 ppl Rice
Curry Leaves : few
Ground nuts / Pea nuts : few (optional)
Dried Red Chilli : 2-3 
Urad dal : 1 spoon
Bengal gram / Channa Dal : 1 Spoon
Turmeric Powder : 1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste

Method -

1. Heat Pan with 2 spn of oil , drop mustard seeds , bengal gram , urad dal , red chilli ,curry leaves and turmeric powder one by one..
2. First fry all the above and then add Peanuts.
3. Now drop grated mango and mix well. you dont really need to cook mangoes.
4. Add salt and off stove.
5. Mix this with Cooked Rice and add salt if needed.
6. Tangy Mango Rice is ready to serve with your Big Smile :)
