Rava - 2 Cups
Water – 5 cups
Chopped Onion - 1 lengthwise
Chopped Green chilli - 5
Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 ½ Spoon
Chopped Carrot - 1
Chopped Tomato - 1
Peas - 1/2 cup
Oil – 3 tbspl
Mustard – 1 tspn
Channa dhal – 1-2 tblspn
Urad dhal - 1 tblspn
Curry leaves - Few
Coriander leaves- Few
Keep them aside -
Method :
Chopped Green chilli - 5

Channa dhal – 1-2 tblspn
Urad dhal - 1 tblspn

Coriander leaves- Few
Keep them aside -
- Fry the cashew nuts in ghee with a low flame till it turns golden brown color and Keep them aside.
- Fry the rava in a medium flame till it turns to very light brown in color and Keep them aside.
Method :
- Pre heat oil and ghee in a pan and add mustard seeds ,curry leaves ,urad dhall, channa dhall,green chillies, a pinch of asafoetida powder , ginger garlic paste and fry it .
- Now add onion and fry it for 1 min.
- Add chopped tomatoes and fry it for another 1 min.
- Add carrot and peas and saute' for 2 mts , add a pinch of turmeric powder and salt as per your taste.
- Pour 5 cups of water and bring it to boil.
- When water boils add rava and mix it well.
- Keep stirring to avoid lumps.
- When water is fully absorbed,mix it once again and turn off the stove.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.
- Serve it hot with some chutney.
