Healthy CurryLeaf Chutney

Ingredients : 

Curry Leaves - 1 cup
Bengal Gram / Kadala Parupu - 1 Tbspn
Coconut - 1 cup
Dry Red Chilly - 3 (or as per your Taste)
Salt.


Method :

1. Heat pan with 1 tbspn of oil.
2. Drop Bengal gram and fry until it turn light brown.
3. Add curry leaves , coconut and red chilly 
4. Cook for 2 mins.
5. Grind this with salt as per your taste.


Note : Coconut helps to decrease the bitterness of Curry Leaves.
Curry Leaves chutney can be served with 
hot rice and ghee / Curd rice / Rasam Rice.
