Onion Rava Dosa

Ingredients :

Dosa Batter - 2 cups
Rice flour - 1 cup
Maida flour - 2 full tbspn
Rava - 2 and 1/2 full tbspn
Pepper and Jeera - Coarsely powdered 3 tbspn.
Fried Curry Leaves - few
Chopped Onion - 2
Finely Chopped Coriander leaves - 1 cup
Salt to taste.

















Method :

1.Take a bowl , Mix all the flour and prepare the batter little watery than usual dosa batter.
2.Add salt and Coarsely Powdered black pepper and jeera.
3.Mix well so that it doesn't have any lump.
4.Add Fried curry leaves to the batter and mix it.
5.Heat dosa pan with 1 spn of oil.
6.Now pour rava dosa batter in pan with small small gaps in between.
7.Put oil in sides of dosa and in gaps if needed.
8.Put chopped onion and Coriander leaves over Dosa.
8.Cook until dosa becomes crispy and little brown.
9.Serve it hot with Tomato Chutney.
