Add vadagam.
Saute until onion is transparent.
Add Tomatoes & saute for two mins.
Add tamarind water with required salt & spices turmeric , chilly powder & fennel seed powder (1 tspn )
Add water if necessary ( as per your consistency level ) but do remember that gravy gets thick stage by stage so add enough water to require consistency level you desire.
Keep it in low flame . Once this gravy started to boil add mangoes.
After 5 mins.Add fish finally ( don't stir continuously , fish may get crushed in gravy ). keep it in low flame & Cook for 7 - 10 mins.
Check for salt.
Serve with hot rice & with Big Smile :)
Note : Esply For those who use pure chilly powder - If you want to thick the gravy , you can add grinded coconut cumin paste 5 mins before switching off the stove.
Homemade chilly powder users also can use this coconut cumin paste for better taste :)
