Ingredients
Sathu maavu flour - 1 cup
nattu sarkarai - 3 tbspn
melted butter - 1/4 cup
Cardamon powder - 1 tspn
Nuts (optional)
Steps
In a bowl add the flour and nattu sarkarai
Add the melted butter and cardamon powder .
Add the chopped nuts.
Start mixing the dough gently with your hands.. when it reaches the soft dough consistency.
keep it in fridge for few mins
Meanwhile , Here i prepared using pan with lid.. u can also make it in pressure cooker or oven.
Preheat the pan for few mins with salt in base..
spread butter in the tray ..
Make small balls with dough and press gently .
Keep this in the butter tray.
close the lid.Keep the flame low.
Wait for 10 to 12 mins.
Bottom of the cookie will get brown.
Switch off the stove.. Cool the cookie completely.
Store it in air tight box..
