Ingredients
Curd - 1 cup
Coriander leaves - half cup
Ginger - 1 or 2 slice
Green chilli - 1 small
Steps
1. Grind the above ingredients with little salt.
2.Add it to the mashed rice & mix well.
Add extra curd if needed.
You can also little amount of milk to avoid
the sourness if you planned to eat lately.
3.Check salt and add if needed.
4. Do the tempering with mustard, a pinch of perungayam
and curry leaves.
Serve it with spicy side dishes.
