Spicy Pepper Chicken :)
Know About What You Eat ~
Eating chicken will provide you with a lot of protein. It is also
great in providing high amounts of Niacin and Vitamin B6. Niacin has even been
used in treatments in people for heart disease. Chicken can be high in
cholesterol, so make sure that you limit the amount you eat.
Ingredients
Chicken , Grinded Black Pepper ,Chilly Powder ,Turmeric Powder,Garam masala, Ginger Garlic paste , curd ,Salt to taste ,Tomato ,Potato , Mustard and Coriander leaves.
Method :
- Boil the chicken with a pinch of turmeric powder and salt.
- Heat the pan with 3to4 tablespoon of oil, drop 1 spoon of mustard, 1 spoon of sombu/Fennel Seeds , 2 spoons of ginger garlic paste.
- Cook these for 1 min and then drop finely chopped onions into it., fry it until it turn little brown.
- To that add chopped tomatoes and a pinch of salt on it .
- After tomatoes cooked for few mins , add 2 small spoons of chilly powder , a pinch of turmeric powder , 1 spoon of garam masala , grinded black pepper powder ( 5 / 6 spoons) , 2 tablespoon of thick curd and salt to taste.
- Mix well and let it cook for 2 mins ( check the taste , if needed ,add pepper powder to it for spicy chicken)
- Now drop our chicken to the mix in pan , Add half cup of water to the chicken mix.And cook well until the essence get into the chicken. ( Here , u can add normal water / chicken boiled water )
- Serve hot by decorating with fresh coriander leaves on top :)
