Know About What You Eat :
- The meal maker or soya meat or soya chunks is quick and easy to cook.
- Amazingly they have protein content equal to that of the meat and contain no fat.
- It may reduce the risk of osteoporosis in menopausal women, and may also ease other menopausal symptoms.
- High in fiber, which is known to benefit cholesterol levels, and can indirectly lower cholesterol by replacing fatty.
Method :
- Soak 25 meal makers in hot water for two mins.
- Afer soaking,clean those meal makers with normal water 2 times and then Drain the soy chunks and squeeze out as much water as you can.
- To these meal maker add 3 green chillies , 6/8 Garlic pieces , 1 slice of ginger and salt to taste with a pinch of tumeric.
- Now grind all these without adding water. (o/p : Thick paste of meal maker mix)
- To the grinded mealmaker mix add one and half spoon of maida flour and add salt as per your taste.
- Then to this you can add chopped onions and green chillies.
- mix it well to form a thick vada mix .
- Heat the oil in pan, make small balls or disc with this mix and drop it .
- Fry till both sides turning golden brown
- Serve it hot with tomato ketchup :)
