Now here I Introduce my Recipe’s Oats Idly , Dosa and Athirasam :)

Oats Idly and Dosa (same Procedure , differs only in the pan we are using ;) :P lol )

Oats Dosa :)
  • Take a bowl of oats , grind it in blender (without water
  •  DOSA MIX :   Take that mix in a bowl , add salt , finely chopped onion, carrot, coriander  leaves , green chillies.
  •  And then add water slowly , don’t make it too watery cos it will stick to your dosai  pan . Make it little thicker !

 NOTE : Don’t try moru moru dosa here .. ha ha  it wont work out :D Make a thick dosai  serve it with Kuruma :)
  •  Side dish place an important role here cos even if the dish is sothapified sidedish will samalichify your wrk ;) :P 
  • IDLY MIX :  Take that grinded mix in a bowl , add salt as per your taste , then heat oil in the pan (drop the custard , ulutham parupu / black gram dhal, red chilly)
  • Add this to our mix , and then add water slowly ..as we saw above don’t make it too watery.Put it in Idly pan and cook it :)

  NOTE : OATS IDLY WILL BECOME STONE IDLY IF U DINT EAT IT @ SUPER HOT STAGE.
             So my suggestion would be , Never go for idly .. Dosa is good baa :D ;) :P
