Ingredients :
Black Pepper - 1 and half tspns (or more as per your taste )
Cumin seeds - 1 and half tspn
Curry leaves - few
Papad - 4
Asafoetida - 1/8 tspn
Salt as per taste
Ghee / Oil - 1Tbspn
Cooked Rice
Method :
1. Fry Papads , crush it and keep it aside.
2. Crush Black Pepper and cumin Seeds separately in a mixer /pestle . Cover this spice and keep it aside.
3. Heat Pan with oil / ghee.
4. Drop Crushed cumin seeds and then crushed black pepper.
5. Add asafoetida and curry leaves.
6. Add Salt.
7. Add cooked rice to this and mix well. Check salt.
8. Drop Crushed Papad over Pepper rice and mix lightly once.
9. Serve hot :)
NOTE : Serve it as soon as you prepare .. Cos Papad may lose its crunchiness.
