Ingredients :
Idly - 5
Tomato Big -1
Dry Red Chilly -1
Onion Medium - 1
Capsicum - 1/2
Curry Leaves and Coriander Leaves - Few
Chilly Powder - 1 Tbspn
Salt & Oil.
Method :
1. Heat Oil in a pan and drop mustard,Bengal gram (kadala paruppu) and curry leaves.
2. Fry for 1 min and add Chopped Onion and chopped casicum.
3. Fry onion till it turn light brown.
4. Grind tomato with one red chilly.
5. Add this tomato paste to the pan in stove with fried onion.
6. Add Chilli powder and salt.Let it cook for few mins.
7. Drop chopped Idlies and mix well so that the gravy gets into idly.
8. Cook for 1 min and Off the stove.
9. Decorate with Corriander Leaves.
Note : you can even add green peas , garam masala... Its your food .. Do explore ... make mistakes and Learn with fun.. After all 5 idlies ;) :P :D
