Chappathi + Veg Kurma

How to make Chappathi :

All you need is -

Wheat Flour - 2 cups
Salt to Taste
Water 
Oil - 2 tbspn
Optional Item for super soft Chappathi - Milk  (2 Tbspn )


Method :

1. Create Dough using the items above and roll it in round shape or any shape u need ;)
2. Heat Chappathi Pan with 1 spn of oil.
3. Place Chappathi in pan and heat both sides.

How to make Veg Kurma :


All you need is -

Chopped Onion -2
Chopped tomato - 2
Chopped Potatoes -2
Green Peas - few (as per need)
Green Chillies - 3 chopped
Curry Leaves and Coriander Leaves
Chilly Powder - 1 Tbspn
Turmeric Powder -1/2 spn
Briyani Leaf , Patta - few
Sombu - 1 spn
Coconut paste - 1 cup
Salt


Method :

1. Heat pan with Oil. 
2. Drop Briyani Leaf, Patta,Sombu.
3. Add Onion and fry for 1 min.
4. Add Grinded Tomato and cook it for 1 min.
5. Add Chopped Potatoes , Green peas & pour 1 cup of water.
6. Now we can add all masalas i.e., chilly powder ,turmeric, garam (opt)  and salt.
7. Wait until Potatoes are cooked enough.
8. Once Potatoes are cooked , add grind ed coconut paste to the masala.
9. Cover the pan with any lid and let this be cooked for 2 mins in low flame
10. Finally season with coriander leaves.
