Dry Chicken

Ingredients :

Chicken Pieces
Finely Chopped Tomato : 2
Finely Chopped Onion : 2
Ginger garlic Paste : 2 Tbsp
Curd : 1 cup
Green chillies : 3
Curry Leaves : few
Garam Masala : 1 1/2 tsp
Chicken Masala : 1 Tbsp
Chilly Powder : 1 Tbspn
Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
Salt and Oil - As per our need



Method :

1.Clean Chicken.
2.Soak Chicken with Curd and Ginger Garlic paste for 30 mins minimum.
3.Heat Pan with Oil.
Drop -
 Mustard
 Curry Leaves
 Green Chillies
 Onion
 Tomato
4. Fry for few mins until onion and tomato gets cooked enough.
5. Drop Soaked chicken into pan and add half cup of water.
6. Add all masalas now.. Garam,Chicken masala,chilly powder,Turmeric,dhaniya/corriander Powder (opt) and Salt.
7.Mix well and keep it in medium flame.
8.Cook the chicken until the gravy gets dry.



Note : When Gravy gets dry.. Dry chicken is Ready..
But you know what, Dry Chicken consumes lots of time which in turn consumes lots of fuel from gas. Better Off the stove when it is Semi Dry :P ;) .. Semi Dry Chicken also tastes toooo goood ba :D :) :)
