Ingredients :
Tomato - 4
Dry Red chilly - 3
Salt to taste
Asafoetida
Curry Leaves
Oil - 2 tbspn
Method :
1. Grind Tomatoes and chillies with salt.
2. Heat pan with oil .
3. Drop Mustard,asafoetida and curry leaves.
4. Add the tomato paste and cook it well (5-8 mins minimum) until tomato puree comes to a thick form.
5. Raji's Tangyyyy Tomato Thokku is Ready to serve.
I love this with idly and chappathi :)
