Aloo Paratha

Ingredients :


Wheat flour - 1 cup
Oil - 2tbspns
Water and salt

Make use of the above items and prepare the dough as for chappathi.


Stuffing :


Well Boiled Potatoes - 3 ( 4 whistles in Pressure Cooker )
Turmeric powder - half spn.
Chopped Green chillies - 3 to 4 tbspns
Chilly powder - as per ur taste
Pinch of salt
Cumin Seeds (optional)
Garam (optional)


Method :

1. Peel the potatoes and mash it well.

2. Combine all the stuffing ingredients and mix it well.
3. Roll dough into round shapes and keep the stuffing in it 
4. Now seal the edges and roll the paratha so that the stuffing is not coming out.
5. Heat the pan and place the rolled paratha
6. Apply some oil on the sides of paratha and turn it on other side.
7. Serve with Curd / Pickle / Coconut chutney. My Fav is Curdddd <3 :) :)
