DB’s SPECIAL QUICKY “OATS ATHIRASAM (SWEET)”
Take that Grinded Oats mix in a bowl .
Take some amount of jaggery (Vellam) , dissolve it in water
Take some amount of jaggery (Vellam) , dissolve it in water
(this jaggery water consistency must be bit thick (not too thick or too watery)
Maintain a in btw stage.
Add this sweet water to the oats powder slowly slowly mella mella… ;)
Thick paste should be formed as output of ur slowly slowly mella mella process.
Now use your index finger , dip it in mix , take ur finger to mouth , lick it ;) :P

In a kutty pan heat oil in medium.

Drop this mix in any shape you need or just drop it using a spoon in oil
and fry it till it turn brown on both sides :) Keep it in Tissue first and then serve it hot :)
