காய்கறி குருமா / All Vegetable Curry

Ingredients 

Carrot -1
Beans - 5
Cauliflower - half cup
Potato - 2 small sized
Green Peas - 1/2 cup
Chopped onion - 2
Chilly powder - 1 tspn
Coriander Powder - 2 tspn
Turmeric Powder  - a pinch

To Grind 

Grated Coconut - 3 tbspn
Tomato - 2
kasa kasa / Poppy seeds - 1/2 tspn
Cumin seeds - 1 tspn

Method 

Clean all the vegetables and chop it finely 

Heat a Pressure Cooker with 2 tbspn of oil.

Drop mustard , curry leaves.
Add onion and saute for 1 min.
Add all the vegetables and saute for 1 min.
Add Tomato Coconut paste that you have grind-ed .
Add salt
Add chilly powder , coriander powder and turmeric.
Add water ( as per your consistency level )

Close the cooker with whistle. 
Cook for 1 whistle.
After 1 whistle , remove the lid and check for water consistency .
If needed Cook it in low flame for 5 mins.

Serve hot with any tiffins like Idly / Dosa / chappathi / Idiyappam.
