Chopped Indian broad beans - 2 cups.
Chopped Onion - 2 medium sized
Red chillies - 3
Urad dhal - 1 tbspn
Mustard - 1tspn
Turmeric powder - 1 fat pinch.
Salt to taste
Oil - 1 tbspn
Grated coconut - 1 tbspn.
Curry leaves - few.
Method :
Heat a pan with oil , drop mustard , urad dhal & curry leaves along with red chillies.
Add Onion and saute for for few mins.
Add Chopped broad beans.
Add Salt & Turmeric powder.
Pour some water ( nearly half cup ) & stir gently so that salt get mixed with broad beans.
Cook in low flame until it get cooked.
Finally add grated coconut , mix well & switch off the stove.
