Ingredients
Nethili fish fry - half cup
Homemade chilly powder - 1 tbspn .
Or
Chilly powder - 1 tspn
Coriander powder - 2 tspn.
I prefer adding homemade chilly powder for ultimate taste.
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbspn
Turmeric powder - 1 tspn
Salt as per taste
lemon juice - 1 tspn (optional)
Steps
1. Clean the fish .
2. In a bowl of cleaned fish add the turmeric powder, chilly powder , ginger garlic paste and salt . Lemon juice(optional)
3.Marinate the fish for 20 to 30 mins at least.
4. Fry the nethili fish in dosa kal or fish pan you use with 4 tbspn of oil.(as needed)
