Tomato Ginger Chutney



Ingredients 

Tomatoes - 3 
Onion - 2
Ginger - 2 coin sized
Dry Red chilli - 2
Salt as per tatse

Method

Heat Kadai with 1 tbspn of oil.

Add dry red chilli and ginger.
Add chopped Onion and saute for 2 mins.
Add chopped tomatoes and saute until soft. 

Grind them with little water and salt.

Do the tempering with mustard , a pinch of hing and curry leaves.

Serve it with Idly / dosa.

Variations You can try...

* Add mint leaves , coriander leaves and curry leaves little fried with other 
ingredients and grind it .
