Know About What You Eat -

- Eggs are very easy to digest and when eaten in raw form, it improves the immune system of body.
- Eggs contain right kind of fat. It helps to maintain weight and stay healthy and fit.
Method :
- Boil the eggs with 3 pinch of salt in water so that egg wont get cracked.
- Heat the pan with oil , drop mustard , sombu/fennel seeds , bay leaf , patta and ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoons.
- Once these cooked enough add finely chopped onions (2) ,fry it till it turn little brown.
- Then to this add finely chopped tomatoes (2) and green chillies (3).
- Let this be cooked for few minutes , after that add 1 and half spoons of chilli powder , 1 teaspoon of pepper powder , 1 spoon of garam masala , a pinch of turmeric and salt as per your taste.
- Add 1 and half small cup of water & let it cook for 3 minutes.
- Check the taste in between to correct your salt or karam (Spicy)
- Drop Our eggs which is slightly cut ed to make our masala to get into it.
- Now grind half cup of coconut with jeera (2 spoons) with little amt of water.
- Add this coconut mix to our super hot egg gravy in pan.
- Cook for 2 mins and then finally add fried curry leaves to this.
- Serve it hot with rice or chapathi. :)
