Bourbon Honey cup cake


Ingredients 

Bourbon biscuits - 5 or 6
Honey - 2 tbspn.
Vanilla essence - 1 tbspn
Milk- 3 tbspn
Vegetable oil - 2 tbspn.
Sugar - 3 tbspn.

Steps

1. In a mixer .. Add the biscuits and sugar. Grind it as fine powder.

2. Add the vanilla essence and milk and grind it nicely.

(here you can also replace milk with egg .. but egg must be
beaten nicely to avoid the smell of egg in cake )

3. Add vegetable oil and grind it.

4. Grease a small cup (i used stainless steel) with butter .

5. Pour the batter into it.. batter must be filled half of the cup .. 
  since cake raises while baking ..
  you need to give space for raising... else the batter will come outside while cooking..

6. Preheat the pan with salt in the base.

7. Place a plate in the pan.. keep the bowl above the plate.
Close the lid of pan.

8. Wait for 5 to 6 mins. Check the cake with toothpick.If its done it will cum non sticky.

9.Switch off the stove & let the cake cool completely.

10. Remove the cake from bowl slowly using a spoon or knife.

11. Remove the crust in backside of cake..

12. Add honey to the top of cake ... decorate with chopped nuts .
