Quicky Kara Paniyaram

Ingredients -

Sour Dosa Batter : 3 cups
Chopped Onion : 2
Chopped Green Chillies : 6 to 8
Chopped Ginger : few as per your taste
Curry leaves : half cup

Method -

1. Heat oil in pan , Drop Mustard (optional ) , Chopped onion  ,chillies & curry leaves.
    Fry this for 2 mins in low flame.
2. Drop these fried items to Sour Dosa Batter and add salt as per your taste.
3. Heat Paniyaram pan with drop of oil in each pit.
4. Now Fill the batter in each pit and if needed add little amount of oil in sides of batter.
5. Turn each paniyaram when the sides turn brown.
6. Hot kara Paniyaram is ready,serve it with coconut chutney or tomato chutney.
