Ingredients
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Turmeric powder - 1tspn
Curd - half cup
Salt as per taste.
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp.
Finely Chopped onion - half cup.
Finely chopped Corriander leaves - half cup
Green chilli - 2 finely chopped.
Method of making masala wheat dosa
1.In a Bowl take wheat flour & curd , mix together .
2.Add water for getting perfect dosa batter consistency.
3.Let this batter be closed for 10 mins.
4.Add chopped onion , chilli , corriander leaves , salt ,
garam masala and tumeric powder .
5.Mix everything together.
6.Heat dosa pan, spread butter or vegetable oil over it.
7.Make dosa with masala wheat flour batter.
Turn it gently .
Serve it with Chutney.
